Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and freebies included.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are fully eligible for replacement or refund.
• Change-of-mind returns are accepted with a 20-30% restocking fee (depending on product type).

Exchange Policy

• If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you can request an exchange within 48-72 hours of delivery.
• Send images or a short video of the issue via WhatsApp or Email to our Customer Support team.
• We provide doorstep pickup for major cities in Pakistan. For other locations, you may use Pakistan Post or a reliable courier.
• Replacement items will be sent as soon as your return is verified.

Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds are processed via:
  • Bank Transfer (Any Pakistani Bank)
  • JazzCash / Easypaisa (Mobile/CNIC)
  • Mobile Load (for smaller amounts)
• Refund processing usually takes 2-7 working days depending on the payment method.
• For change-of-mind returns, the refund will be processed after deducting the applicable restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Products

• Please inspect your order upon delivery.
• Report any damaged, defective, or incomplete product immediately with images or video evidence.
• Our team will review your submission and arrange replacement or refund quickly.

Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure the product is returned in original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories.
• For non-eligible returns or damaged returned items, Home N Fashion reserves the right to reject the refund/exchange.
• During peak seasons, complaint resolution and pickups may take slightly longer—your patience is appreciated.
